Opposite of yellow-fever, banana-fever refers to the fetishization of Asian males by non-Asian women.

Although, Stephanie is of Caucasian descent, she's always had banana-fever after growing up around so many Asian men.

the feeling you when you have bought a gift for someone and you REALLY want to give it to them, but the gift-giving occaison isn't for a while.

Symptoms of Umbrella Fever -

You're tempted to give the gift early.

You get too excited and therefore build up the gift to be something more exciting than it is.

- I bought this amazing DVD boxset for Mike's birthday, but it isn't until next week - I have ridiculous umbrella fever!

Red Light Fever

The feeling of nervousness whenever recording a track in the booth of a music studio, i.e recording a guitar riff or solo and feeling nervous about messing up.

We were laying down some guitar tracks for our new song but I messed up on a few of the riffs because I had Red Light Fever.
