The Meme Council is a group of Meme Lords that protect Memes, kill Memes, (which is how dead Memes are created) and create Memes. They can harness the power of any Meme and are some of the sauciest and juicy people you will every meet. You can become a Memer if you pass the “Trial of Memes” and once you are a Memer you will receive a Memer license. Once you are rank 72 up until rank 240 (The highest rank) you will be a Meme Lord.
