Todd Clem is the given name of Bubba The Love Sponge. He is from Warsaw, IN and based in Tampa Bay, FL. Clem had his name legally changed to BubbaThe Love Sponge early in his career. Since doing so his name and brand of male-skewing “shock radio” has risen to multiple syndicated terrestrial stations as well as stints on Serius working with Howard Stern.
