All the "cool kids" and tweekers either hang out at a sketchy, overpriced gas station/convenient store called the 'Hoot Owl' or down at the river smoking whatever they get there hands on. Every other house on the street is most likely a meth lab and where douchbags speed down the road at night in their shitty Honda's.
