A STOOPID HOE is a girl that is dumb inconsiderate, annoying, selfish and over all just really frustrating to be around.
For example:
Your talking to your friend about something and then this girl who at the time was your friend comes up to you and rants about how its none of your business and how you ruin people's lives blah blah, bleh. Then next day they go on about how they don't wanna be your friend and stuff. And your like wait a minute ain't no body forcing you to be here so how you gon come at me like I did sum wrong. Overall that dumb girl that said they don't wanna be your friend really annoyed you and now you refer to them as a STOOPID HOE, coz that's exactly what they are.

Your friend: what's up with you and s*****.
You: I kinda hate her right now. Shes a STOOPID HOE and she don't deserve a friend like me.
Your friend: uhm, ok then.

Stoopidbitchitis (commonly known as being a slut, see deaf whore) is a illness in which the person is slow as fuck. Common symptoms of Stoopidbitchitis include, but is not limited to, memory loss, not getting jokes, feeling fast when you are slow, being slow, being made fun of for (what you believe to be) no reason, being names Gemma, dating someone named Paul Rotenberry, and loss of smart.
