An employee of Any of the Walt Disney World Resorts. They refer to themselves as Cast Members and their respective places of work as stages. They adhere to a set of rules and guidelines that are fairly secretive to promote great synergy and atmosphere.

Also abbreviated as "CM" or "WDWCM."

I had a really good experience with Josh, a Walt Disney World Cast Member in recreation at one of the Water Parks.

Anyone who uses the reputation of an organization they belong to in order to try to further their career/social advancement, and use it as a pedestal to look down on others who aren't a member of said organization. Instead of carrying the values of the organization, they attempt to let the values of the organization carry them, usually to their detriment.

Tom is a card-carrying member of his fraternity. He feels that wearing his letters gives him an excuse to be an asshole to everyone who's not one of his brothers, and assumes that his connections will get him a job after college, even though he drinks and jacks off all day and never goes to class.

Susan is a card-carrying member of PETA. Her entire identity is built around the ideals of one organization. She is not imaginative enough to develop a personality of her own, so instead she adopts the angry bleeding-heart liberal stereotype.

Facebook Member

A facebook member is a seriously egotistically demented individual. By vainly subjugating themselves into flauntingly show off their status quo of a life in a form made easy called facebook social media.

Example.. Facebook enables members to upload and show vast amounts of members meaningless personal information about their lives. Such as.. pet names, places they been, places they will go, or never will. They will display what their house looks like, where they live, what their birthday is, who their friends are and who isn't. Its almost mind numbing how many people freely and willing update themselves for big brother, corporate entity's, foreign governments, u.s. government, private interest groups, oh and can't forget about Hackers the ability to monitor and control their daily lives. There is currently 1 billion active facebook members world wide as of august 2012.. that's the power of personal information.
