The most significant existence of hampants witnessed to date is the groindomen of former New England Patriots/Notre Dame football coach Charlie Weis. This effect is accentuated when the subject tucks his/her shirt into their pants, most commonly a polo shirt of some type.

The woman I encountered in line for the petting zoo at the State Fair had Charlie Weis-level hampants.
