Identified by functionally illiterate, incoherent comments, lacking proper capitalization, punctuation, and usually containing an insult directed towards whoever they are addressing.

I was offering a rather successful counter-argument in a discussion, but then I got surrounded and shouted down by gwarthocks, and had to give up before I lost my composure.
