To coon is to apply unnessesary and excessive amounts of black eyeliners around the rims of your eyes. A common practice by scene/emo chicks or any girl under the age 19.
It comes from raccoon, because wearing that much makeup makes them look like a raccoon.

Get the coonmug. It used to mean the same thing as nigger, but now blacks use it against other blacks who think differently from the norm. For example: If you dare talk about how black on black crime is negatively affecting our communities, you'll likely be called a coon.
