A chapter of the fraternity Beta Theta Pi who's members consist primarily of BETA males. They are the dudes on campus who would rather sit inside and play video games than go to the beach with a friends. Their daily interactions with women include Hentai characters and Beta Roses (women who get along better with boys than girls). While there are one or two roses at a given time, all members in the Delta Eta Chapter are down BAD for them. The common way to impress Roses includes singing stupid ass fraternity songs and avoiding eye contact. Since this chapter of a non alcoholic frat is located on an engineering campus, someone weighing 160 pounds soaking wet and can run a mile in around an hour is considered 'buff.'
"hey man you going to that big semiformal, there's gonna be cake balls and swing dancing music"
"Hell no bruh, the Delta Eta Chapter is for virgins. I'm smashinh a fifth tonight."

When you pull your cock out of some bitch and whip your excess jiz and hope it smacks her in the face or eye; thus ending up as an angry pirate.
Yo dude, remember that bitch I smacked and told to suck my dick? Yeah I gave her the final chapter! Right in her eye!

A bible reference that one may use in a real-life situation to simplify a long-winded statement or decision by breaking it down in short form. (a.k.a simple chapter and verse).
Guy 1: You're going.
Guy 2: No I'm not.
Guy 1: Lemme break it down to you in simple chapter and verse, you're going!
