Refers to someone who is obsessed with the modern horror classic The Human Centipede. A Centipedophile can often be found watching the mouth-to-anus masterpiece in the early hours of the morning, trying to organise group screenings at the end of parties, or making The Human Centipede-themed jokes at highly inappropriate moments.
