Breeder Culture is in Essence, someone or a society of individuals who’s true primary goal is to over populate the planet with as much of their “canon fodder” “run of the mill joe” “John/Jane doe” children 😂..

these are people who have not accomplished any great feats in life nor are accomplishing & feel the need to have a Litter of children..children who will follow in their predecessors foot steps, Accomplishing nothing tremendous like Curing Cancer or Finding a sustain renewable energy source for society in whole.
