A Wild Card Award is an award that has no pre-defined criteria or value, in and of iteslf; but rather takes on the criteria and value of whatever category the nominator chooses. It celebrates individuals who have very rare traits that are also highly impactful.

Laura is so passionate for team building that she often comes off as hilariously forceful as if insisting that you'd "better have fun, dammit!". As such, I will be nominating Laura for a very clever award category: as a Wild Card Award nomination, I can write-in the category "Monica Gellar Award for Team Building".

A crazy Oscars event, where Chris Rock made a "G.I. Jane 2" joke about Will Smith's wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, who suffers from a hair loss condition called alopecia. After that, Smith went on stage to slap Rock after what happened. Overall, the 2022 Oscar Award ceremony was crazy.
