Northern Valley is a large group of towns in Norht Eastern New Jersey (The Armpit of America) Northern Valley mostly consists of mid-upper class residents, Has two Schools, Norhtern Valley Regional High School at Old Tappan (the better of the two) and Norther Valley Regional High Scholl at Demarest (The more problematic peice of Northern Valley). Out of the two, NVRHSOT has a better educational system, while it has a VERY Shitty social surrounding.
Continuing on, Most of the NV Population consists of White people, or Asian people.

Northern Valley has many towns, the major and most known towns are Old Tappan, Demarest, Norwood, Norhtvale, Closter, Harrington Park, and others, but that's just to name a few major ones.

anyways, just put it this way,
Northern Valley is full of asshats.
And If you want your kids to get a good education, put them in NVOT.

Northern Valley D Totally sucks balls, so many fucking drug addicts there.

Scotts Valley 

A town just outside of Santa Cruz, California. It is definition for the word enclave. Almost everyone in this town is racist and white, and cultural diversity is non existent, which is very odd being near the San Francisco Bay Area which is a cultural hotspot. Even the amount of cultural restaurants in this town can be counted on one hand. Though these restaurants are run by white people, for white people, just like everything else in Scotts Valley. People in this town have no understanding of the outside world, and believe their way of life is the only way of life.

A destitue smog ridden hell hole in the Los Angeles metro area. It sonsists of a few exclusive areas such as San Marino, but mostly disgusting middle to lower class trash holes of communities. Some like its proximity to the hills, but if that is what you are looking for the following are more suitable places to live: The San Joaquin Hills in Orange County, Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Palos Verdes, anywhere.

I wish I lived in Orange County instead of the Valley so I didn't have all of this smog and dead brush around.
