A Riot Hat, quite simply, is an outrageous piece of headwear usually worn at an outdoor music festival. Most commonly worn by 20 something males out their face on drink and drugs.

Apathy Hat

A fuzzy, warm hat with earflaps used to forcibly reject/ignore the outside world. Seen on eurotrash in France, usually cheap knock-off hunting hats. Not always used in an apathetic manner, but due to the innate earmuff-like qualities of the hat, it kinda comes naturally.

Hannargh: Dude, last night was so wicked, we krumped and skanked ALL NIGHT LONG, HELL YES!
