Jack and Shit, the curriculum changes a lot, projects are always in groups, and You sacrifice your mental health in exchange for a grade. No one learns shit in that school, Oh yea Escondido schools don't really like this place for a reason.

Can be seen as short for technicality or technical foul. This is when a situation is used against a party that would then indicate the foul play imposed against them.
