An oxymoron meaning a Middle Eastern gangster who likes to bang little children. These Middle-eastern gangstaz are usually homosexual but refuse to come out of the closet. These species commonly enjoy doing random shit to other people because they feel more gangsterlike. Don't be surprised to see one hanging with a lot of black people just to up his "ghettoness." However, these black people usually dominate his ass. But Ghetto Taj's are okay with that because they are generally homosexual.
