Undocked School Board

A term used often to describe school board members who have no idea how a school operates. These members usually get elected in small, isolated, ignorant communities. The members dift aimlessly from topic to topic during meetings and promote their personal agendas that do damage to the school district. This type of school board drives away good instructors and makes it difficult for district administration to hire quality people.
District Superintendent: This newly elected school board I have to work with is impossible. They continue to break laws by discussing items in violation of the open meeting laws. This is an undocked school board!

Elementary School Principal: No kidding, Pawhuska is one ignorant community for electing these people.

Six Feet Under

A black comedy/drama program on HBO (Home Box Office). It centers on the Fisher Family who own an operate a funeral home in California following the death of the family patriarch Nathaniel Fisher in the first episode. Although dead, he frequently comes back to talk to each member of the family. In the family are the mother Ruth with sons Nate, David and daughter Claire.

An unbelieveable show with beatifully real and intricate characters. Funny, touching, brilliant. Further evidence that HBO is invincible.
Sorry man, I'd love to go hang gliding, but the season premire of the final season 5 of Six Feet Under is on tonight!

A joke used by those who are savvy in mathematics. The joke is funny because it makes the point that the person saying the phrase only understands the decimal system, which relies on numbers in groups of 10. The binary system relies on numbers in groups of 2. If the speaker of the phrase had been able to understand binary, he/she would've said the phrase correctly, "there are 2 types of people...".
