Fickle pickle

A penis that changes its mind frequently. One day it suffers from premature ejaculation, and the next it can't get off. There is no known cause of a pickle being fickle, but fickle pickles like a good tickle.

I was with this guy last night who had a fickle pickle. He had no problem getting an erection, but it deflated after 5 seconds. But he said that I had to tickle the fickle pickle, and it popped right back up!
