drop gear

This phrase is used in some Christian sub cultures. It means to share something rich with the "power of God." Any powerful music, dance, sermon, testimony, etc. becomes "gear." To "drop gear" means to share an intense revelation from heaven.

Drop Box

A box or draw which you can literally ' Drop ' things in. Drop Box's are useful for storing important things, for example a Drop Box could contain things like you phone, wallet and other things that are important. Drop Box's are used in garages to store tools that are needed on a regular basis.

"Where it the spark plug spanner?"

"oh, i put it in the Drop Box"

drop kick (Australian slang)

Australian rhyming slang for the word 'cunt'.

In Aussie Rules Football, a 'dropped kick' is referred to as a 'punt'. As is typical with rhyming slang, the joke has been moved one step away from the obvious - instead of calling someone a 'punt', the term 'drop kick' is used.

drop steps

Used when asking someone to slow down, or "wait up." You are essentially dropping (not taking) steps. Particularly usefull when walking in a group and you need to discreatly tell your homie something; you murmer "drop steps" and fall out of the pack to chat.

#1: somthing's funky, drop steps.
#2: what is that smell?
#1: I think Laura sharted at the front of the pack!
