Who has been indicted on, like, 91 charges of dumpster cult criminal activity in both state and federal courts? Who called the dogs on his own Vice President nearly costing him his life? This term is best used when said person, place or thing has been numerously pranked and is going to get more of them. Prank Dumpsters can vary, from Malls filled with edgy tweens knocking down product stands, to restaurants getting odd food orders; all the way to News channels getting pranked live. The magnitude is large.
