Charlie and Susan are together. Charlie likes Susan's friend Lisa and Susan likes Charlies friend Tom. They give each other a friend pass to be with the other persons friend. But then they stay together as a couple.

Black - a color, actually all colors combined.
Pass- a type of permit.

Black Pass - A dark permit.
