Formally stands for 'R.I.P Balls', but is pronounced 'rip balls' when speaking. When something is too fucking cold to bare. (eg. water or temperature in winter)

Dustin: "Hey, Safran wanna go to the beach?"
Safran: Hell no, it's mid Janurary and 40 degrees outside, im not going to rip balls at the beach!
