He did so many wrong things that no one even noticed like when he upset Eastern Africa during the the Genocide In Rwanda. Because he did this we are now in a war with Iraq. Somehow people think this is George Bush' s fault wich makes absolutely no sense because he had not even been in office for one year when the September 11th attacks were made in 2001. To plan these attacks would have taken years in advance, possibly even before George W. Bush was even considered for election, hence stating the Middle East was upset with Bill Clinton's leadership of the United States not G.W.B.
