Similar to a ratchet hoe, BUT tries harder to go for the hipster style in a way that is more self-aware and completely obvious. Likes selfies, likes feathers, likes antlers, likes tattoos of elephants, likes quotes from books she hasn't read, likes old typewriters, likes polaroid photographs, likes hot yoga. You can like one of these things and not be spooky, but to like all of them is to be spooky.

At Coachella I saw a Spooky Girl wearing a crown of flowers that she made while taking MDMA.
