My friend always used this term, for more than 20 years. His Irish family used the term. It's one of those that when you hear it used, you know exactly what it means. I never thought to ask where he got it. Maybe from Steak Tartare?

A swedish Word. Its a fantastic invention. It's a knife and a spoon thingy shovel. It's fucking amazing.

Take the "tårtspade" and put a cake in front of you. Cut a pice of cake with the edge of the "tårtspade" and the put it under the cake and pull it of on your plate.
