An online persona, often the Lady Dlow archetype: a self-styled gang member claiming street ties but with no real-life activity. The type who exaggerates, fabricates, or lies for attention.

A Digital Crip isn’t a real Crip—it’s just a bored asshole with too much free time.

Digital Crip Nation

Often going by placeholder names like “WSDMGC73,” “OWS73GC,” “LDHGC73,” “WW73GC,” and the laughable “W7M 73GC,” this so-called rap collective exists purely online. They claim turf across Florence Ave from Van Ness to Vermont in South Central LA, overlapping real sets like 83 Gangster Crips and Hoover Criminals. Their fanfiction positions themselves as the “younger youth rep” of 73 Gangster Crips—ignoring the fact the true 73GC is East LA–based. Essentially, they’re recycling a defunct westside variant and slapping on new names to mask it.

A term created by Selamawit Solomon (2025) to describe how people are trapped inside the internet creating, thinking, and living within digital platforms instead of the real world.

People who run these apps want us to be trapped in this digital box. They don’t want us to think out of it that’s why I call it a Digital Trap Box.

It's the number of digits

That OR the "Revenue" box (specifically) uses a different box.

Hym "It's the number of digits. If you look, the 0 in the subscriptions box and the 0 in the follows box is the same. So it could be that the text box is narrowing the numbers after 5 digits so the number with fit in the box. The 'Revenue' box could also just have a different font. Which is probably less likely."
