Bologna. Trailer trash in Tennessee buy junk food instead of good food. Along with chips and soda they love bologna, which to them is what steaks are to the rest of us.

Steakum

Thinly sliced or more accurately 'shaved' beef. Normally found frozen with each layer sandwiched together. Used for bastardized philly cheese steaks.

I cooked up some steakum, onions, provolone, and cherry peppers and made a horrible cheese steak.
