This is a different way to insult someone that smells like shit or has a poor hygiene regimen. A bitch that skips out on washing her ass. Or a bum ass stank nigga that has a stank ass turd scented breath mint, or at least smells as if he has one. Stankery can be applied to a trash infested living situations that would be considered inhabitable such as a slum. Adding this twist to the word origin Stanky draws more attention to what the person is addressing since it is uncommon
