An eponymic adjective referring to a class of deceptive behavior as exemplified by the behavior of a Delphi mod on a number of boards ( Primarily Apple II and Pagan ). This can be but is not limited to: Pretending you're female when you're actually male. Avoiding answering questions while posing questions of your own. Disappearing when cornered or abusing power ( such as moderator privileges ) when you don't like what's being discussed.
