A Twitch emote, it is used in place of "PogChamp" (for those who don't have the "PogChamp" emote) as an expression of extreme excitement or hype, particularly after an impressive play is made. Popular in the League of Legends community, but is also used in many other sections of Twitch. If used you are not a "Normie".
