From the Greek (nou-) para- lazy; + botti - bum. Someone who makes out they're too ill to do anything when they're at home and then when they get out the front door they're fit and healthy all of a sudden!

Mike: Yo, Rude, put your dirty socks and smelly pants in the laundry pile!

Rudy: Ah man, leave me alone, can't you see I've got a cold!

(10 minutes later...)

a) verb: (to) - to spoil someone's moment of fun or glory, often used sarcastically.
b) a synonym for the phrase " sorry to tell you this but (...)", followed by whatever piece of bad news you want to tell the person.

my ex-gf once told me, sorry to be raining on your parade, but I refuse to continue going out with you, unless you start going to the gym.

Is the causality that something can bend time & space to its/your will by altering predetermined outcomes. And changing fate that was predetermined for you by changing the outcome due to free will.

Arash: Fate is determined for you boy & you can't change that!!!
Boy: But how when everything is paracausal how come the people in different timelines don't have the same outcome as us then?
