Good stuff, Maynard!

Originally used in "The Many Lives of Dobie Gillis" a sit-com that ran from 1959 to 1963. The main character, Dobie Gillis, used it when talking with Maynard G. Krebs. Krebs was played by Bob Denver, who later became known as Gilligan of Gilligan's Island. The line was later used in a Malt-O Meal commercial.

Saul Good

“Saul good” is a short version of “its all good”, historically meaning a less than satisfactory outcome is permissible.

“Saul Good” is used primarily for its brevity and humor.

In Judeo-Christian beliefs, this could either relate to the first king of Israel “Saul”, but more than likely the Aspotle Paul, who’s original name was “Saul”.

An internet meme appearing on 4chan, Reddit, and other sites about the classiest guy around. The meme involves a photo of a smiling, confident, stubbled guy smoking a joint and giving a friendly reassuring look toward the camera. On top of this photo, people will write of Good Guy Greg's classy deeds. He borrows your car and returns it with a full tank of gas. He parties with you on your birthday but never tells anyone about how you puked on yourself. He comes over for dinner and washes the dishes. He is better than you in every way, but never talks about it and makes you feel better about yourself instead.
