A foan is a combination of a fart and a moan of some sort. The word originated from an event in 2015. Donald Trump once farted on-stage, shouting, "Oh!" as he passed the gas through his rectum. Henceforth, the scene kids on Twitter have coined the word and have been using it to this day.
