Get the Dulce mug.A dungeon is one of the primary tropes in D&D(Dungeons & Dragons). In RPG terminology it is a closed environment usually having many enemies and treasure. Any respectable dungeon should have at least 8-10 levels with at least 50-100 rooms per level as a minimum. If a dungeon is smaller than this it is a mini-dungeon.
Exploring a dungeon in D&D(Dungeons & Dragons) is fun at an extreme level, providing that you have a good referee.

Dungeons and Dragons is a tabletop game called an RPG(role-playing game). Dungeons and Dragons(D&D)is one of the greatest games ever created as it taps into the endless imagination of one's own mind and that can give anybody the power to do anything they wish as long as one can imagine it... The main premise of any role-playing game is to assume a role of a character in the story being told. Of course, that is a very succinct version of role-playing games(RPGs)in general.
The lengthy and intricate version is a bit daunting as this game allows you to;
1. Do anything you want.
2. Be anyone you want.
3. Do it with whomever you want to do it with.
4. Live any way you want to live.
5. Be the greatest hero in the story or the most vile villain.
Any action can occur and does as all the Dungeon Master(DM) does is place the Player Characters(PCs) into a situation and the player characters use their minds, wits, items, spells and weapons or anything else they can find, borrow or steal to get through that situation. If successful, they find wealth, fame and fortune as well as a rise in personal wisdom, dignity and self worth. All good things. If they fail then they may lose eveything, including the characters life. The game's goal is to basically become the most powerful and successful that one can be...not unlike real life. Like real life you can experience all the joys, happiness and hope of successfully reaching your goals as well as the pain, sorrow and despair of failing to meet your expectations. One game could take quite literally years to end and within that time your character could get married, have children, establish a home and a community or conquer the known world...the sky is not the limit with this game. You can easily travel to other worlds or known planes of existence, you can experience the light and awe of the various planes of good and righteousness or peruse the darkness and fire of the many planes of hell among many pantheons of any culture.
The diversness of races, classes and abilities are not limited in any way. As long as one can imagine it...it can be.
Truly a visceral, educational and limitless experience and I believe everyone should take a spin as their favorite hero or villain. As long as you retain the perspective that even though it is a game that can lead you to extraordinary places and events and awesome heights of grandeur and fame...it is still just a game.

Dungeons and Dragons has produced some of the world's greatest tales of adventure and heroism...all written by the people who play it.

Get the dungeon bounce mug.A game that used to let you do whatever you wanted. It was super fun and literally anything was possible. But all hell broke loose on April 27th. Its shitty devs slapped the game with a filter that is broken as shit! Anything with a number below 18 and "fuck" in it is an absolute no-no.
Anyone that dares talk about Daddy-Latitude's fuck-up is a hereby paedophile. What the hell is that logic? Come up with a better argument you idiot. Slutitude even trained their AI on CP. Are you still gonna defend them? I don't think so.

Fuck AI Dungeon's new filter! I can't ride my horse while snacking on 4 watermelons and using my 5-year-old laptop!

Get the AI Dungeon mug.Originally used to describe the pallor which developed amongst inveterate D&D players, it widened to include denizens of any stripe who resided in the basement of their parents. Most recently it is used to describe the complexion of any video game addict.
1978: His dungeon tan is proof enough that he is an indestructible wizard.
1998: "Yo, ghost boy ! Nice dungeon tan. I see that you gave up POGs for Magic Cards !"
2008: PlayStation and Xbox gave him the dungeon tan. But at least Wii gives him some muscle tone.
