The word is an amalgamation of "tummy" and "bum".

a man very feminine in nature, coming from the word "bloom" as in a flower. Your average blumey is a non- descript individual, standing roughly 5 foot 9 and very often seen complaining about various issues.

example: a blumey was spotted recently inside a McDonalds restaurant complaining about the lack of dip choices for his chicken McNuggets
