Spirit Week

1. The week where you school makes you dress up every day in their "cool themes" and everyone only cares about pajama day.

2. The week where the tortured spirits of your school's past whisper in the staffs ears to make you wear their weird themed clothes and eventually have an extremely stupid spirit rally at the end of the week where you're supposed to wear your school's colors to show your "pride" but you really just go to laugh at the teachers who try to make it honestly "fun"

1. "Are you going to do spirit week next week?" "Nah I'll probably just do pajama day 'cause I won't have to put in any effort."

2. "Dude are you excited for the pep rally on Friday?" "No I'm only doing spirit week to please the spirits so that I'll pass finals."

Yeshiva Week

This is winter break for Jews. This takes place in mid-January where every Jew from the northeast migrates south for two weeks. Popular destinations are Miami and Israel. In Miami one must stop by the FountainBleau in order to be cool.

Tech Week

Tech Week more like Death Week. ☠️ Lots of coffee, failing grades, angry directors, everyone’s favorite tech crew screaming at you about props, parts of the set falling on you in the middle of a scene, security coming after you during class the next day, your costume ripping, the microphones working, trashy food, angry directors, group chats, tears being shed, the vending machines being sold out and everyone getting on each other’s nerves! Can’t wait until tech week!

Doctor: “ So what brings you to the ER today?”
Theater Kid: “ I was beaten up by the props manager for touching a prop that wasn’t mine during tech week.” or “ A large metal gate fell on top of me during tech rehearsal today.
