A polite way to say "cluster fuck" when you can't/don't cuss.
Definition: When chaos ensues, nothing seems to go right and/or doing something clumsily.

"did you see the play the Alabama offense tried to pull?" - " Yeah that was a complete tangle bang! Go Dawgs!"

"so did you guys finally make out?" - "uggh, it was such a tangle bang, he couldn't even get my bra off"

"did you see the big wreck at Talladega this weekend?" "Yeah that was a complete tangle bang"
