The method of transportation used by large groups that have a propensity towards singing, marching, flash mobs, or other group activities in a silly nature. Pronounced: sill-eh-bus-ez or sill-ee-bus-ez, dependant on region.

The new military classes got in their syllabuses to go to school (or training).

Sylvania

A depressing suburb of Toledo. It is full of shallow residents who's smug can be smelled in the air from 40 miles away. Once you've met a Sylvania resident, you've met pretty much all of them. There is no structured activity outside of sports related functions and binge drinking. It's school systems are beyond disfunctional. The only thing their schools praise is sports, because there is nothing else worth speaking of. The residents claim it is a diverse culture but most everyone sticks with one small social group among their own ideals and beliefs. There is an immense drug problem. Shady hoodlums can be seen walking the streets at all times of the day. I don't recommend starting a family here, unless you send your children to a private school.

If you are not a chizzled meathead, you will not enjoy Sylvania. Move away.

Sylvanna

Generally presumed to be a lady, but don't be fooled by her feminine exterior. Underneath lies the heart of a wolf but she'll have body hair to match.
Prefers gingers, but if she hasn't scored by 3am, any man without a soul had better run or be mauled.
Loud and witty, with hilarious one liners, this girl will do just about anything for rum.
Can usually be found on the dance floor, but do not challenge her to a shot drinking competition, you will not win.
The queen of the girl racers.
Not shy about using garden tools in the bedroom.

Syllabary

A syllabary is a type of writing system that writes whole syllables in single characters. This differs from alphabet writing system, which use characters to record individual syllables.

Japanese and Cherokee use syllabary writing.
