Insane Parent

A parent or guardian of one or more children that over reacts to their children's choices, beliefs, and/or privacy. Usually acting on their own ignorance to disprove or disrupt their childrens actions in a dramatic fashion.

Also shown on the Website Reddit as r/insaneparents where several people post screenshots or other kinds of evidence of their parents/gaurdian acting irrational.

When your mother is addicted to parent connect ( a grade monitoring website) and finds out about everthing and anything you do at school . And its flawed so half the time she will yell at you for nothing!

My mom is such a parent connect whore she knows i failed a test before i did!

Named after the device to cut your grass. A lawn mower parent is a parent who intervenes or "mows down" any inconvenience or discomfort that stands before their child.
