When they cant find that, they will settle for a guy thats not all that, meanwhile still searching for something better. Once they find a man of higher value, if the guy she previously gotten has money and does everything for her, she will keep him there, but will mentally move on to the other guy (also called monkey branching) You can see how this can be a never ending cycle.
