Halo fanboys are generally people so devoted to Halo that they'll play no other game. If someone dislikes the game then the fanboy will throw a fit.
Most Halo fanboys (not to be steriotypical) are 12-year-olds.

Man TV: "GTA SA just came out on the Xbox and I'm loving it better than Halo!!"
Halo fanboy: "growlingGggrrr, shudup you stupid ijit Halo is 5,000,000 times better than stupid GTA!!!"
Or;
Gamer: "Hey I like Halo and all but Halo 2 was kinda overrated ya know what I'm sayi--"
Halo fanboy: "--Shuddup Halo was not overrated it is the r0xx0r5!!!"

Fandomitis

A condition resulting from the disease that effects the brain in its ability to descern talent. Its effects make people follow their idol even after they are totally washed up (they aren't good at what they do anymore). Causes of this disease are unknown and there is no cure.

The aftermath of being obsessed with a certain media. This includes;

* Being reminded of it through certain words/symbols,
* Sharing it to all your friends/family/mutuals after watching/playing it,
* Constantly talking about it after you already constantly talked about it.

This is not neurodivergent-exclusive.

A fanboy who is ashamed to be enthusiastic and excited about a product or property because it makes them feel nerdy. Usually they gang up on the fanboys on blogs, reviews, and chat rooms.

The Closet Fanboys were out in full force today on Amazon hating the new Star Wars special edition Blu-ray release.
