Similar to the term "party pooper". A Party FUPA is female at a party that ruins the party as a result of her being a dumb bitch. FUPA is term coined to describe the sometimes fat area above the female genitalia.

A word we use all the time where I work. It's when a software company releases an update to the program that introduces more bugs than it fixed. It is, of course, a contraction of "fucked up" and "update".

Chris: You get that buggy software doing what you want yet?

Madmann: No, they sent me a fupdate. I'm about a week behind where I was yesterday....

Fupacabra

A person with the gift of possessing a FUPA(Fat Upper Pubic Area) but from a Hispanic background. Fupacabras generally only speak Spanish and are very ugly looking(like a chupacabra) so that people know when a Fupacabra is nearby. Fupacabras are very common in Southern California and other southern states.

Colin- "OMG! DID YOU JUST SEE THAT FUPACABRA WADDLE PAST US?"
