Čičos are usually best friends from their youth who use to drink and hang out together. They are usually gossiping young people, talking about football, complaining about wife and gouverment. The most significant čičos' meeting points are benches in parks or infront of churches and of course local pubs.

Get the čičo mug.Like a decision, but there weren't other options. Similar to an autonomic process but one where there definitely should have been a better or different option but none existed at the time.
Our website doesn't have disaster recovery due to a cision made 5 years ago when we didn't have enough money for a second data center.
