A Groper Broker may make decisions that directly put the groper and victim in close proximity. i.e. John let Brian transfer into Jamie’s unit and Brian continues to look for opportunities to cross paths with Jamie and it’s only a matter of time before Brian puts his hands on Jamie again, during a pandemic no less.

It looks like he’s a Groper Broker.

Unlike banks we can shop with multiple investors and offer options not typically available at traditional banks. (example: Bank statement loans, Investor Cash Flow loans, and more)
