dark skin 

An African-American person having brown(other cultures) to dark brown to almost black skin. Other cultures (East Indians) consider themselves to be dark also

Lil Wayne is dark skin with dreads.
Omar Epps is a sexy dark skin man.
Kelly Rowland is a beautiful dark skin girl.

Although this obviously has other definitions, it's used in Hawai'ian pidgin to mean "goose bumps."

B-skin 

A type of makeshift waterskin made with a paper bag. A beer is poured into the bag, from which it is consumed. There is often leakage in the bag, causing a steady flow of beer to drip from the bottom.

Person #1: Man, gimee some 'dat b-skin!
