people who u see more than any other people, you ring and hang out with them but they never ring u. people who when they are out with other friends you are not allowed to be with them at the same time, or if u ask them can u come with them they dismiss you!

"hi friend are you out?"
"no revisin sorry"
u later find they went swimming with other friends.
another example this is the dismissal
"hi i'm bored what u doin tonight?"
"i'm off out with my mate"
"well u n ur mate wanna come shoppin with me?"
"my tv is crap"
thats total dismissal of u asking so that u don't come out with other friends that they have!

The term comes from the "eleventh hour", i.e. the last possible time.
