The doctor's middle finger

A slang term for opioids, where they are viewed as a doctor's way of giving someone the middle finger. If the doctor can't diagnose a patient's condition, and the patient continues to insist on treatment options in spite of the doctor's reluctance, the doctor may prescribe the patient opioids as a way of simply shutting them up rather than helping them figure out what's wrong. Given the naturally addictive nature of opioid medications, this is often seen as a doctor's way of hurting someone back, often being viewed as the worst-kept secret of American healthcare.

"I recently found out my grandma's death was attributed to an opioid overdose. She'd received the doctor's middle finger over her chronic kidney troubles in 2006, and things were never really the same for her since then."

Hym "I was diagnosed with ADD by a doctor. I don't think ANYONE is actually saying that. I think you're making shit up to de-legitimize the things I've said. I was diagnosed when I was 13. In my early-mid 20s I went to a doctor name Dr. Adawale Gadebo at the Prevea under the overpass where he (unprompted and unrelated to my check up) offer to renew my prescription. I declined at the time but a few years later I started buying Adderall from one of the guys my roommate and realized that was a mistake. I also didn't say anyone gave me schizophrenia either.

I said the day my parents ex-employee showed up (Jeremy Horn) and began to work with me at Wendy's... Weaponized schizophrenia is just a term I coined to describe what's happening. Everyone around me began treating me differently. They began to make references to the things I had done or said in the past. Things I was doing outside of work (sometimes the day after I did or said the thing). Soon after, people I didn't even know were doing it. If I found a place were it wasn't happening, someone new would show up. They would start doing it. People who were perfectly friendly with me BEFORE would stop talking to me. The fact that I don't know these people suggests an online component. I got to the retard sex cult and even the retard who supposedly didn't have a phone was doing it. So I started doing this. Then he began to reference my UD posts. 7 years later and here we are. There ARE reasons to murder your kids. And this is one of them. If I have to grab a little girl and carve my decree into her corpse, I will do it with a smile on my face. And you're trying to use my willingness to vocalize this as evidence of some sort of disfunction of the mind but I literally created A.I. Your mind doesn't function better than mine does."

The doctor said I am over, wait, he meant cool means that the "over, wait" part means overweight, but the expression means that it's a perfect comeback to anyone who calls you overweight or fat and you're not obese, but you're still overweight. But the point is that you're still pretty healthy. Maybe the cholesterol is a little high sometimes, but other than that, you eat healthy sometimes and sometimes eat junk food and so who cares if your weight bounces up and down a lot and maybe more up than down. I'm Superman Batman!

Rhythm Doctor

One-button rhythm game that somehow has a surprising amount of depth. Try the demos and trust me when I say there's more to it than "just count to 7". For a preview: Counting multiple different rhythms at once... varying rhythms... strange songs... and (I should stop here to avoid spoiling the in-game window shenanigans) a window to a whole new world. With your finger you can save the world! Or at least the people in the hospital.

Well, I don't think there's quintuple time in Rhythm Doctor yet (at least as of Act 5 release first minor update?)
