Character definition:
A person that acts tough or has a position of power that acts blind when crime happens all around them and they do nothing but take the government hush money.

EXAMPLE: A city council person that forces mask wearing on everyone, knowing it is illegal but the contract says they must do it in order to receive their federal grant money AND they force children to be used by big pharma to be used as LAB RATS in their own schools. Because... you know... that money is just too darn good.
