In reference to a rare but worthy of your time musical of the same name that has as antagonists some awful,rich, popular,pretty,despicable and most toxic bitches with one of them even having boob implants and having most of the school at their feet.This is used to refer to that group of girls in high school that match most of the descriptions and feel like the top of the list or queens of the hill for having positions such as Head of the school paper ( that aren't even that special) which also happen to be jock magnets

A Heather is a name for a stereotype, such as Betty, Karen, Kyle, Regina, Stacey, Chad and so forth. If you were to put these stereotypes on a map, a Heather would be right next to Stacey and Regina. For further understanding of a Heather see the movie Heathers. A Heather combines the bimbo quality of a Stacey with the cutthroat mean girl quality of a Regina. In fact, where Regina's most notably employ passive aggression, a Heather is much less subtle. If you meet a nice Heather, that is like finding a unicorn that shits 4 leaf clovers.
